Beginners Guide Fly Fishing . Learn a bit about all aspects of fly fishing

(even a chance to prepare and cook a fish)

Fly fishing is fun  - This is aimed at the complete novice , with all gear supplied.  As usual the scenery is beautiful, however the same can't be said for your instructor . 

Instruction, Equipment

Parent Child-(Based on 2  x parent childs )

2/3hours - £50per parent child

Individual-(Based on 2)

2/3hours - £35pp

  Location- Comrie (Mill of Fortune) 

  

                     Mill of Fortune Trout Fishery - From Braco direction, you will pass Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre where you take the next right (20 mteres) and then the first left to the Trout Fishery. There will be signs to a Kennels as well.  Park at the Kennels.(See Map)  It will take approx 1hr 10min  from Edinburgh Airport

 

What you Need

The course is outdoors and so outdoor gear is essential. In Scotland this means warm and waterproof gear even in summer.  Good sturdy shoes or boots plus midge repellent

What we can teach you

This course will instruct you on all the essential elements of dry fly fishing and provide you with the confidence to go it alone.
