All employed staff are required to have the relevant qualification and or the relevant experience in the activity they are instructing.

e.g.Trail Side Leader Qualification

and The Summer Mountain Leader Training

The company has a Civil Liability Insurance Policy  which protects the business against disastrous consequences of liability for loss injury or damage, and includes the actions of all involved in the business.

Available for reference is our Child Protection Policy and our Health and Safety Policy.

In instances where a youth is under 16 we and the parent is not present we require a Parental Consent Form to be completed.
